Prior to forming the company, Scott spent 15 years with three Fortune 500 National Homebuilders. He was instrumental in the development of Berewick, which was named Charlotte’s Master Planned Community of the Year.
Scott also served as a county planner. He advised property owners, land developers, government officials and economic development members regarding land use, zoning and development regulations for Union County, the fastest growing county in North Carolina.
Scott graduated from Ohio University in 1995 with a concentration in Urban and Regional Planning as well as Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
